What is Break Pal?



Break Pal is really a very simple program. It simply pops up every thirty minutes and walks you through a lesson on a soft style aerobics move. A move that will focus on a certain muscle group and get your heart rate up. Once you learn the move through the simple video instruction, you then will move on to the next screen where you will do the move at a faster pace until you feel you've raised your heart rate and sustained it for whatever amount of time you desire.

This whole process is anywhere from 2-5 minutes depending upon desired results. A timer will track your progress and you can build up to longer durations.

By getting up from your desk and getting a few minutes of exercise, you'll feel better and increase your metabolism. You'll also greatly reduce the strain that sitting at a desk for long periods puts on your body.

This will also boost productivity. Exercise always does. You'll get more done in a day by taking a few minutes out every half hour.

It's also a well known fact that exercise is cumulative. Exercising for three minutes every thirty minutes for an eight hour work day will give you the same results as doing a forty five minute aerobics class, with no driving to the gym.
